Post-diagnostic support

We understand that receiving a diagnosis, whether for yourself or your child, can take time to process. It’s common to experience a range of emotions; relief, uncertainty, grief, clarity, or even doubt. All of these responses are valid. Many people need space to reflect, adjust, and begin to make sense of what the diagnosis means for them.

For those who would like support beyond the assessment, we offer post-diagnostic sessions designed to help you explore next steps in a thoughtful, affirming way. These sessions are available to parents, children, and adults. They provide a space to:

Our approach is gentle, practical, and respectful. We aim to help people understand themselves more fully and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Sessions are £100 each and typically run for 3–6 sessions, depending on your goals and preferences.

Dr Vicky Perry also offers psychological therapy to adults (18+)

Shelley Natt also offers Speech and Language Therapy for children and young people up to the age of 25 years.
